Enterprise Solutions Consulting Manager

About the role

Ramp is seeking a player‑coach leader to manage and develop a high‑performing team of Enterprise Solutions Consultants. You will shape the pre‑sales process for complex enterprise prospects while staying close to strategic opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Solutions Consultants, setting expectations and supporting career development.
• Establish operating cadence for pipeline reviews, deal strategy, forecasting, and performance management.
• Partner with Enterprise Sales leadership to qualify complex opportunities and deploy the right solution resources.
• Engage directly in strategic customer situations, including executive conversations, technical validation, RFPs, and escalations.
• Build scalable playbooks, demo standards, and knowledge‑sharing practices.

Required profile

• 8+ years in solutions consulting, sales engineering or related technical role, with at least 3 years of people‑management experience.
• Proven success leading teams through complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of enterprise financial operations, controllership priorities, and accounting workflows.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Working knowledge of APIs, SFTP, and integration technologies.
• Familiarity with Python, Java, or SQL for data integration and ETL.
• Experience building AI‑assisted workflows for sales or customer‑facing teams.
