Senior Director, Revenue Operations

About the role

Replicant is building an AI‑first voice platform for contact centers and needs a senior leader to own and scale the revenue engine. Reporting to the SVP of Sales and partnering with the CFO, you will shape forecasting, pipeline, compensation and capacity models.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the end‑to‑end RevOps operating model, including forecasting methodology, incentive plan design, pricing, packaging, quota and capacity planning.
• Align and integrate GTM systems (CRM, conversation intelligence, enrichment tools) to provide a single, AI‑assisted reporting narrative for leadership decisions.
• Grow the RevOps function from one manager to a full team, handling hiring, development and standards setting.
• Partner with sales and finance leaders to translate data into actionable growth strategies.

Required profile

• 8+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations, with at least 3 years at Director or senior level in a growth‑stage SaaS company.
• Proven experience building RevOps from fragmented to functional, including forecast ownership presented to a board.
• Hands‑on, AI‑forward mindset, using tools like Claude to accelerate analysis.
• People leadership experience developing managers and analysts.
