About the role
Join Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, as an Entry Level Sales Representative. You will meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, start conversations, and schedule free in‑home consultations to generate interest for our window, bath, and kitchen solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Talk with homeowners in a friendly, professional manner and introduce our products.
- Create interest, answer basic questions, and schedule qualified, no‑obligation appointments for sales representatives.
- Work with your team to hit daily and weekly goals while walking throughout neighborhoods.
Required profile
- Comfortable starting conversations with new people.
- Positive, energetic, motivated by goals, reliable and coachable.
- Competitive in a healthy way, excited to earn bonuses, and able to work outdoors.
