Part-Time Keyholder

About the role

Rothy’s is seeking a part‑time Keyholder for its Green Hills store in Nashville. The role blends customer‑focused service with store‑level leadership, ensuring the store reflects brand standards and delivers an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the Rothy’s Experience by providing outstanding service, coaching teammates, and driving personal and team sales.
• Act as Manager on Duty when assigned, overseeing daily operations, visual merchandising, and service expectations.
• Support onboarding, training, and reinforcement of store standards, SOPs, and product knowledge.
• Assist with in‑store events, community activations, and stockroom tasks such as merchandising and shipment handling.

Required profile

• 18 years of age or older.
• 1–2 years of retail or customer‑service experience, preferably with some leadership responsibility.
• Ability to work at least 16 hours per week on peak and non‑peak days.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb and use ladders or step stools safely.
