Part‑Time Retail Ambassador – Green Hills

About the role

As a Retail Ambassador you will represent the Rothy’s brand on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying company values. You will focus on building meaningful connections, driving sales through service, and supporting an inclusive store culture.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the Rothy’s experience to every customer with best‑in‑class service, product expertise and brand presentation.
• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals while creating lasting customer relationships.
• Support a positive, inclusive store culture through collaborative, team‑focused behavior.
• Execute operational tasks such as stock replenishment, visual merchandising support, and maintaining store organization and cleanliness.

Required profile

• 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail or customer‑service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build genuine customer connections.
• Passion for service and drive to achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week on peak and non‑peak days.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb and safely use ladders or step stools.
