Sales Consultant, Foot & Ankle

About the role

The Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant will drive growth of the F&A product portfolio in the assigned Nashville territory, building relationships with surgeons and hospital staff while ensuring proper product utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop expertise in the Foot & Ankle portfolio and new product offerings.
• Sell to new accounts and expand sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital personnel on proper product use.
• Maintain clinical relationships with key surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and on‑call support during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with trauma partners to grow business in the region.
• Manage inventory, promotional materials, and ensure timely product delivery.
• Achieve sales targets and complete required administrative duties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience, or associate degree/CTS with 6 years related experience, or recent active‑duty military with 3 years sales/account management experience.
• Ability to work in a lab/operating‑room environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self‑motivated, relationship‑building.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Residence in or willingness to relocate to the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Foot & Ankle orthopedic products (DePuy Synthes portfolio).
• Clinical sales and case coverage experience.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and education.
