About the role
This is an entry‑level sales position where you will meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, start conversations, and schedule free in‑home consultations. You are not expected to close deals, but to generate interest and create a great first impression.
Key responsibilities
- Talk with homeowners in a friendly, professional manner and introduce window, bath, and kitchen solutions.
- Schedule qualified, no‑obligation appointments for in‑home sales representatives.
- Work with your team to achieve daily and weekly conversation and appointment goals.
Required profile
- Comfortable initiating conversations with new people and being active outdoors.
- Positive, energetic, motivated by goals, reliable, coachable and ready to learn.
- Competitive in a healthy way and excited to earn bonuses.
