About the role
Join Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, as a Canvasser. You’ll meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, start conversations, and schedule free in‑home consultations. No prior sales experience is required, and you’ll receive paid training from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Approach homeowners in a friendly, professional manner to introduce window, bath, and kitchen solutions.
- Generate interest, answer basic questions, and schedule qualified, no‑obligation appointments for in‑home sales representatives.
- Collaborate with your team to meet daily and weekly appointment targets.
Required profile
- Comfortable initiating conversations with new people and working outdoors.
- Positive, energetic, goal‑oriented, reliable, and coachable.
- Willingness to work Monday‑Friday and handle varying weather conditions.
