About the role
Join Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, as a Canvasser. You will meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, start conversations, and schedule free in‑home consultations to generate interest for our sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Approach homeowners in a friendly, professional manner and introduce window, bath, and kitchen solutions.
- Answer basic questions, create interest, and schedule qualified, no‑obligation appointments for sales representatives.
- Work with your team to meet daily and weekly outreach goals while staying active outdoors.
Required profile
- Comfortable initiating conversations with new people and motivated by goals.
- Positive, energetic, reliable, coachable, and ready to learn.
- Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and be physically active.
