Business Development Representative

About the role

Remarcable is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join its fast‑growing sales team. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will help build the pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential customers for our SaaS construction marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings with sales executives and log all activities in Salesforce CRM.
• Initiate outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to generate new leads and schedule qualified meetings.
• Research potential customers through online sources, social media, and industry events.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Build relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and position our SaaS solution.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop outreach strategies and share insights.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualified meetings.
• Participate in training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional, customer‑facing experience, preferably in a BDR or sales role.
• Understanding of the full sales process from prospecting to hand‑off.
• Ability to communicate effectively with C‑suite and VP‑level executives.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑changing startup environment.
• Passionate about startup culture and impacting the company.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
