Territory Manager (Norfolk, VA)

About the role

Charlie Health is a fast-growing startup in behavioral health that connects people to virtual mental health treatment. Its Outreach team builds relationships with clinical partners and helps patients, parents and providers access care. As Territory Manager in Norfolk, VA, you will build relationships with referral sources in your local community, go into the field 4-5 days a week to meet patients, parents and providers, and deepen Charlie Health's presence with existing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run a go-to-market strategy for efficient entry into new markets
• Create, build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Meet patients, parents and providers in the field to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment and strengthen community partnerships
• Design ways to better support and engage referral partners across channels
• Deepen penetration with existing partnerships
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations and networking events, in person and by conference call
• Share market feedback from partners, patients and stakeholders to shape future marketing and product strategy
• Work with marketing, product, client success and legal to deliver go-to-market goals

Required profile

• Based in Norfolk, VA, with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years of proven sales experience; owning and exceeding KPIs is a plus
• Experience with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
• Ability to travel locally 4-5 days a week to meet potential referral partners
• Ability to persuade and advise senior corporate personnel

Required skills

• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a consultative style
• Project management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Zoom are a plus

What we offer

• Target base pay of $65,000 to $80,000 per year, with an uncapped performance bonus
