Territory Manager (Healthcare Outreach, Norfolk, VA)

About the role

Charlie Health is a fast-growing startup in behavioral health that connects people to virtual mental health treatment. Its Outreach team builds relationships with clinical partners and helps patients, parents and providers access care. As Territory Manager in Norfolk, VA, you will build relationships with local clinical partners, provide resources to thousands of people and act as a champion of the company so that every possible patient, parent and provider can access its programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run a go-to-market strategy for efficient entry into new markets
• Create, build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Travel 4-5 days a week to lead meetings with patients, parents and providers, uncover needs, address barriers to treatment and strengthen community partnerships
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across channels
• Deepen penetration across existing partnerships
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations and networking events in person and by conference call
• Share market feedback from partners, patients and stakeholders to inform future marketing and product strategy
• Work with marketing, product, client success and legal to deliver go-to-market goals

Required profile

• Based in Norfolk, VA, fluent in English
• 1-4 years of proven sales experience; owning and exceeding KPIs is a plus
• Experience with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
• Ability to travel locally 4-5 days a week within about 1 hour of the office, with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to advise and persuade senior corporate personnel
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment

• Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Zoom are a plus

What we offer

• Target base compensation of $65,000 to $80,000 per year, with an uncapped performance-based bonus
