Bilingual Virtual Sales & Admin Assistant (English/Spanish) - Remote

About the role

A Florida-based fitness studio is looking for a highly motivated, bilingual Virtual Sales & Administrative Assistant to join its team on a long-term basis. This is a sales-first, full-time remote role (40 hours per week) for someone who enjoys talking to people, makes outbound calls, follows up consistently and turns conversations into sales, while also handling administrative work.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads by call, text and email to book trials and convert prospects into members
• Build relationships with prospects and existing members to improve sales and retention
• Handle objections, answer questions and provide excellent customer service
• Manage bookings, customer records, follow-ups and daily administrative tasks
• Complete recurring daily, weekly and monthly administrative tasks and other assignments as needed
• Assist occasionally with social media-related tasks and other business support
• Track sales activity, stay organized and give regular progress updates

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish (mandatory)
• Sales-driven, confident and persuasive, comfortable with outbound calls
• Excellent conversational skills, friendly, engaging and professional
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Coachable, fast learner, self-motivated and proactive
• Previous sales, lead follow-up or appointment-setting experience
• Reliable computer, fast internet and a quiet workspace
• Schedule flexibility is mandatory: Monday to Friday, flexible 8-hour shifts between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time, with occasional weekends about once a month
