Sales Development Representative - Outbound (Remote)

About the role

A remote, mid-level Sales Development Representative is sought to support pipeline growth across Tech, SaaS, cybersecurity, FinTech and AI product lines. The role suits someone with strong outbound prospecting skills, comfortable selling technical solutions and able to engage decision-makers in fast-paced B2B settings.

Key responsibilities

• Run outbound prospecting campaigns by phone, email and LinkedIn
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to find sales-ready opportunities
• Educate prospects on Tech, SaaS, cybersecurity, FinTech and AI solutions
• Set qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
• Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
• Work with marketing and sales leadership on messaging and targeting

Required profile

• Experience as an SDR or BDR in a B2B or B2C environment
• Prior remote work experience with tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar; candidates without it will not be considered
• Experience working with US or UK-based companies
• Proven success in outbound prospecting and meeting quota targets
• Experience selling or supporting SaaS products

Required skills
