Solutions Specialist - Latin America Only

About the role

Sussman Law Firm, PLLC, a family and immigration law firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking a Solutions Specialist to support its consultative sales. The role works remotely and focuses on building trust, uncovering client needs and guiding qualified leads through the decision-making process. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with leads qualified by Intake Specialists but not ready to schedule an initial consultation, and maintain consistent contact by phone, text, email and other approved channels.
• Maintain CRM records of all lead interactions and next steps, and track conversion metrics and pipeline performance.
• Meet leads virtually to understand their situation, concerns, goals and decision-making factors.
• Guide leads through the consultation process, present engagement options, address objections and close sales with signed representation agreements.
• Nurture leads who have met an attorney but have not retained the firm, re-engage dormant opportunities and meet monthly conversion and follow-up benchmarks.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, including the ability to conduct consultations and explain legal services in both languages.
• 3+ years of proven sales experience, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience with consultative, relationship-based sales, handling objections and closing sales.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision in a remote environment; highly organized with strong follow-up discipline.
• Preferred: CRM experience, experience in legal, professional services, healthcare or other consultative sales, and experience with virtual sales consultations.
