Account Executive, Home Health

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Account Executive to act as Marketing Manager and develop and manage relationships with referral sources in the community to promote BAYADA Home Health Care services and help expand its Medicare home health business around Boston, MA. The territory covers Worcester, Bristol and Norfolk counties in Massachusetts and Providence County in Rhode Island.

Key responsibilities

• Generate referrals for home health by building relationships with physicians, long-term care, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources.
• Analyze the market and develop sales strategy, goals and plans.
• Make sales calls and evaluate the results and effectiveness of sales activity.
• Support business development and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.

Required profile

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
• At least two years of recent sales experience in the health care industry, preferably in home health care.
• Formal sales training.
• Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
• Evidence of achieving referral goals in the market.
• Established healthcare contacts and the ability to network in the community.
