Temporary Assistant Research Coordinator – Brain Game Center

About the role

The Temporary Assistant Research Coordinator will support studies measuring and training cognitive processes in adolescents with and without ADD/ADHD and older adults aged 60+. You will be trained to coordinate research activities, lead participant coaching sessions, and ensure compliance with study protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead coaching sessions with participants.
• Recruit research participants and manage study scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
• Coordinate and oversee research study activities and data management processes.
• Recruit, train, and supervise research assistants.
• Assist with project planning and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary administrative liaison for the laboratory and point of contact for participant-facing operations.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Completed coursework in research methods.
• At least six months of experience administering experimental procedures with human subjects.
• Experience or training in clinical psychology, sports psychology, counseling, coaching, or related fields is preferred.
