Technology Security Analyst / Senior Analyst (ICS)

About the role

The Analyst / Senior Analyst, Technology Security (ICS) is a technical expert responsible for the security and reliability of plant control‑system networks, computing assets, and related cybersecurity initiatives. Reporting to the Manager, Technology Security, the role combines hands‑on troubleshooting, system administration, and project support.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution and development of infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, including major capital initiatives.
• Act as cybersecurity advisor to Controls Systems experts, monitoring system health, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues, and scheduling upgrades.
• Maintain and improve cybersecurity management tools such as endpoint security, patch management, logging, asset monitoring, IDS, Active Directory Group Policies, firewall rules, and network configuration management.
• Develop and maintain the MTSA Cybersecurity compliance program, including the Cybersecurity Plan, Incident Response Plan, training, and audits.
• Participate in ICS security incident response and ensure proper documentation of controls‑system assets and architecture.
• Apply Management of Change (MOC) processes to capital projects, risk assessments, and cybersecurity changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary technical services teams to define problems, prepare budgets, and report progress.

Required profile

• Technical expertise in industrial control‑system networks and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience supporting plant control‑system hardware, software, and network environments.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage project scopes and schedules.
