Test Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Test Engineer to join our team. In this role you will develop and execute test plans on closed‑course tracks and on public roads. You will coordinate with engineers, prepare test vehicles, organize schedules, evaluate vehicle performance, operate actor vehicles, and support the test operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare test plans and vehicle systems in collaboration with engineers.
• Coordinate and execute both closed‑course and on‑road test plans.
• Generate detailed test reports documenting vehicle performance.
• Curate test schedules and manage testing resources.
• Support operations with vehicle inspections, maintenance, and record‑keeping while maintaining a safe work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years of test engineering experience in autonomous vehicle development.
• Proven ability to lead test campaigns at major proving grounds.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
