Technical Success Consultant – Hybrid (Philadelphia/Houston)

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Technical Success Consultant to help strategic customers adopt and derive value from its industrial software portfolio, including the PI System. The role is hybrid, requiring 2‑3 days onsite in either Philadelphia, PA or Houston, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops and coaching sessions to guide customers in using the PI System for their use cases.
• Act as a technical liaison for assigned accounts, collaborating with Customer Success Managers to maximize value and drive new business.
• Conduct strategic conversations to discover use cases and position AVEVA products and infrastructure.
• Present the vision of how the PI System adds business value to IT staff, operations teams, and C‑level executives.
• Participate in internal and external training programs to stay current with emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Strong experience with real‑time operational data systems and related industry domains.
• Background in one of AVEVA’s core industries (e.g., manufacturing, energy, utilities).
• Interest in continuous learning and career growth.
