Sr. Workday Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Workday Developer with deep expertise in Workday Integrations and Payroll. The role is onsite in Philadelphia, PA, on a 6‑12+ month contract, requiring 8‑10+ years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connector for Worker (CCW), PECI, PICOF, and Workday Cloud Connect.
• Develop and maintain XML/XSLT transformations (XSLT 2.0 & 3.0) and custom Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).
• Create Workday dashboards, apps, and reports, and integrate Workday with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Accounting, Payroll, and Legal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to HR data and analytics strategy, knowledge‑sharing sessions, and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of hands‑on experience with Workday Integrations, specifically Payroll & Integrations domain.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and support Workday integration solutions in an onsite environment.
