Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can lead software development projects, manage client relationships, and connect technology decisions to business outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping shape technology strategies, validate product assumptions, define priorities, and translate business needs into actionable development work.

Key responsibilities

• Own client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement.
• Develop project strategies, scopes, budgets, timelines, and delivery plans.
• Identify risks early, create mitigation plans, and manage scope‑change discussions while protecting timelines and budgets.
• Translate business needs into clear project requirements, priorities, and actionable development work.
• Track project financials, resource utilization, margin, and overall project health.
• Support business development through scoping, estimates, and proposals.

Required profile

• 6+ years of project management experience, preferably in a software agency or consulting environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and complex software development projects.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and experience discussing architecture trade‑offs, scalability, and technical feasibility.
• Experience scoping projects, developing SOWs, and managing scope changes while protecting timelines and budgets.
• In‑depth experience with a project management system such as ClickUp (preferred) or Jira.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
