Technical Recruiter

About the role

Reflect Orbital is seeking a Technical Recruiter with aerospace experience to help scale its engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams. The role involves active talent sourcing, relationship building, and representing the company at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage top‑tier engineering, manufacturing, and operations talent across aerospace disciplines.
• Lead outbound recruiting efforts, build pipelines, and manage high‑volume searches with urgency.
• Partner with hiring leads to define role requirements and drive fast hiring decisions.
• Represent Reflect Orbital at conferences, industry events, and talent‑facing forums.

Required profile

• 2–5 years recruiting experience in the aerospace industry (in‑house or agency).
• Proven success sourcing and closing world‑class technical talent, especially engineers and hardware specialists.
• Highly motivated, resource‑driven, and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with Ashby or other modern applicant tracking systems.
• Familiarity with ITAR/export‑controlled hiring environments.
