Onboarding Coordinator

About the role

SpaceX is seeking a detail‑oriented Onboarding Coordinator to ensure new hires enjoy a seamless and engaging entry experience. The role supports the employee onboarding team across all sites, helping to streamline processes and maintain high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience from offer acceptance to first day.
• Schedule and prepare weekly new‑hire orientation sessions at all locations.
• Communicate onboarding status to internal stakeholders.
• Verify employment eligibility for all new hires.
• Evaluate and improve current onboarding processes.
• Respond promptly to new‑hire inquiries and provide outstanding service.
• Track, maintain, and order onboarding supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to source development resources based on requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, human resources, customer service, or an administrative role.
• Experience with HR, recruiting, or onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking and HR information systems.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
