Technical Recruiter

About the role

As an early member of Reducto's Recruiting team, you will shape the growth of our engineering organization, working closely with technical leaders and executives to drive full‑cycle recruiting for Engineering, Machine Learning, and Infrastructure roles.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for technical roles, from sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation and close.
• Partner directly with engineering leaders and executives to define hiring needs and talent profiles.
• Build and iterate recruiting processes, interview loops, and top‑of‑funnel strategies that scale.
• Proactively source and engage passive talent through creative research, outreach, referrals, and community building.
• Guide candidates through the hiring journey, ensuring a clear understanding of motivations and decision drivers.
• Manage candidate pipelines with rigor and deliver an exceptional experience at every stage.
• Use data to track funnel metrics, conversion rates, and hiring pace, informing stakeholders and optimizing processes.

Required profile

• Hold yourself to a high bar for quality and candidate experience.
• Enjoy building from first principles and taking ownership of systems.
• Have 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on technical roles.
• Thrive in fast‑changing, high‑growth environments with a bias toward action.
• Collaborate effectively with technical leaders and influence without authority.
• Take full ownership from sourcing strategy through close.
