Technical Implementation Manager

About the role

The Technical Implementation Manager will own the technical side of customer implementations, from environment provisioning and initial configuration to ongoing refinement, while driving AI‑enabled efficiencies. This hybrid role in Portland, OR splits time between hands‑on configuration, building AI tools, and providing technical support to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own configuration and environment tuning under Solution Architect guidance, translating business requirements into technical setups.
• Execute data and system migrations, and help evolve migration tooling with AI‑driven process improvements.
• Provide responsive technical support via email, chat, and ticketing systems, escalating complex issues and documenting resolutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on technical implementation or solutions engineering experience.
• Proven ability to configure systems directly via admin consoles, config files, APIs, or scripting.
• Experience executing data/document migrations and using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to build workflows.
• Strong cross‑functional communication and project management skills; able to work onsite in Portland 2 days per week.
• Customer‑focused mindset in a B2B SaaS environment.
