Oracle Fusion ERP Consultant – Portland, OR

About the role

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Fusion ERP Consultant to lead projects for clients in the logistics and transportation sector. Based in Portland, OR, you will work with Oracle Cloud Financials and 3PL solutions to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate sprint planning, meetings and stakeholder communication.
• Evaluate deliverables and introduce new methodologies and tools.
• Identify and mitigate risks while embedding quality planning.
• Develop project estimates, monitor budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Plan resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals and foster professional development.

Required profile

• Strategic mindset with a proven record of delivering client‑aligned ERP projects.
• Experience managing complex ERP implementations, including scope definition and progress monitoring.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and financial acumen for project economics.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with mid‑level and senior client stakeholders.
• Leadership capability to motivate and grow high‑performing teams.
