GHL & AI Automation Specialist

About the role

Noxlumyn is looking for a technically skilled and marketing-focused GHL & AI Automation Specialist to build automated lead generation, qualification and follow-up systems for the real estate and mortgage industry. The role is fully remote, with US working hours Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and configure GoHighLevel (GHL) from scratch, including Voice AI and chat platforms
• Integrate AI tools such as Claude, Gemini and Grok to automate lead engagement, qualification, follow-ups and routing
• Build automated workflows that streamline lead management and improve response times
• Work with existing CRMs such as Follow Up Boss and KB Core
• Build and optimise website funnels, landing pages, webinar funnels and chat widgets
• Extract, filter and organise lead data from DealMachine and set up a dedicated mass email domain
• Create social media graphics and blog/vlog content, and plan and run paid advertising campaigns for mortgage and home buyers

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience setting up GoHighLevel and building automation workflows from scratch
• Ability to build landing pages, funnels, webinar funnels and chat widgets
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to connect multiple tools into an efficient workflow
• Able to manage tasks independently and take ownership of implementation and results
