Senior Technical Project Manager – Web, Mobile, AI & Digital Ops

About the role

CyberActive Inc. seeks a senior, hands‑on Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of consumer‑facing websites, web applications and native mobile apps, while integrating AI‑driven workflow automation. This full‑time role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership and the ability to manage cross‑functional teams across product, digital marketing and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee product development from concept through launch and ongoing optimization for web, iOS and Android platforms.
• Coordinate front‑end, back‑end, mobile, UI/UX, QA, DevOps and external contractors, translating business goals into technical requirements and project plans.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, assign responsibilities, track deliverables, resolve bottlenecks and provide clear progress reports to senior leadership.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives—including SEO, paid search, email, social media and CRM implementations—ensuring technical resources support campaign timelines.
• Implement AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to automate documentation, reporting and task coordination, and identify further automation opportunities.
• Maintain organized Trello boards and effective Slack communication, building dashboards for visibility into all active projects.

Required profile

• 7+ years of technical project or product management experience, with at least 3 years leading cross‑functional technical teams.
• Proven track record delivering consumer‑facing websites, web apps and iOS/Android mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of front‑end and back‑end development, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure and CI/CD processes.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and enforce accountability.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to U.S. leadership.

Required skills

• React.NET, ASP.NET Web Forms, REST APIs, SQL databases.
• Native iOS and Android development (or cross‑platform frameworks).
• Agile methodologies, sprint planning and release management.
• Trello and Slack (advanced proficiency).
• AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and related APIs.
