About the role

The Operations Systems Support role is responsible for managing the XTP back‑office platform and its associated static data. You will work across functional areas to provide training, production support, and deep system analysis.

Key responsibilities

Monitor critical system import feeds for the XTP back‑office platform.
Manage projects to improve processes and implement system changes and upgrades.
Maintain static data in line with regulatory reporting requirements.
Create daily control frameworks and ensure efficient email management.
Support compliance with SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other exchange regulations.

Required profile

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Resilient in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve issues promptly.
Experience working in a regulated financial services environment.

Required skills

Knowledge of the XTP Back Office system.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Understanding of futures and options industry processes, including reconciliations and regulatory reporting.
