Revenue Operations Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Engineer to own and evolve the systems, data, and processes that power our go‑to‑market team. This high‑impact, hands‑on role will manage our HubSpot CRM, build reporting and automation infrastructure, and integrate AI to improve prospecting, qualification, and closing.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary HubSpot administrator: design data model, custom objects, pipelines, permissions and integration layer.
• Maintain data integrity through deduplication, validation rules and lifecycle enforcement.
• Build and maintain integrations across the GTM stack using APIs, webhooks, native connectors and middleware such as Zapier or Make.
• Create dashboards, pipeline reports and forecasting models; write SQL queries and perform data analysis to validate pipeline data.
• Design and automate workflows for lead routing, lifecycle progression and cross‑team handoffs.
• Develop and deploy AI‑driven workflows, integrate buyer‑intent signals and apply LLMs for account research and data normalization.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales or GTM Operations.
• Strong hands‑on experience with HubSpot across Marketing, Sales and Ops hubs.
• Analytical mindset with ability to build reports, interpret data and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working autonomously, documenting processes and collaborating with both technical and non‑technical teams.

Required skills

• HubSpot administration and integration (Zapier, Make or similar).
• SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Python scripting (a plus).
• API development, webhooks and middleware integration.
• Experience with buyer‑intent data platforms.
• Familiarity with Claude or other agentic AI tools.
