Tax Manager – New York, Los Angeles, Indianapolis, Dallas

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our team across several U.S. locations, including New York, Los Angeles, Indianapolis and Dallas. The role focuses on corporate income tax compliance, tax accounting and tax consulting for our diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, develop and mentor staff, supporting their professional growth.
• Perform corporate income tax compliance and tax research activities.
• Provide tax consulting services to clients.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in corporate income tax compliance, tax accounting and tax consulting.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed CPA or EA.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, strong oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in Japanese is preferred.

• Strong technical skills in tax compliance.
• Strong technical skills in tax research.
• Expertise in corporate income tax compliance, tax accounting and tax consulting.

What we offer

• Annual salary range: $90,000 – $120,000, determined based on qualifications, experience, skills and geography.
