Global Financial Reporting and FP&A Analyst

About the role

NCR Atleos is seeking a Finance Analyst to join its global FP&A organization. The role focuses on delivering actionable insights, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, and supporting senior executives in strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Drive monthly reporting for the Software Business Unit, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
• Deliver deep‑dive analytics on contracts and KPIs to improve forecasting and performance.
• Partner with Sales, Billing, and Executive Leadership to optimize revenue recognition and identify growth drivers.
• Execute close activities, including journal entries, variance analysis, and preparation of monthly/quarterly projections.
• Lead forecasting, trend analysis, and financial performance reviews with strategic commentary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Organizational Sciences or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, revenue operations or business operations.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and project‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query.
• Financial modeling and data‑visualisation using Power BI.
• Expertise in revenue recognition and compliance.
