Product Manager – Procurement

About the role

Ramp is building a modern procurement experience that lets employees get what they need while giving finance teams control over spend. As the Product Manager for Procurement you will own the vision, strategy and roadmap for core procurement capabilities such as sourcing, requisition, approvals, purchase orders and inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap, making clear choices about which customer problems to solve and what to build next.
• Design connected workflows across sourcing, approvals, renewals, purchase orders, receiving, invoice matching and inventory management.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, Bill Pay, Accounting and platform teams to ensure seamless integration with ERP and payment systems.
• Build AI‑powered experiences that automate vendor discovery, renewal management, request drafting and receipt‑invoice reconciliation.
• Own post‑launch outcomes, measuring activation, repeat usage, time‑to‑complete purchasing work and accuracy of matching.

Required profile

• At least three years of product management experience with end‑to‑end ownership from discovery to launch.
• Strong product judgment, systems thinking and the ability to simplify complex workflows while preserving necessary controls.
• Hands‑on AI fluency, able to evaluate model quality, latency, cost and decide where AI adds value.
• Technical and analytical fluency, comfortable working with engineers on data models, integrations and prototype testing.

Required skills
