Product Manager – International Payments

About the role

Ramp is seeking a Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for its international payments products. You will lead engineers and designers to build and scale global money‑movement capabilities, tackling payments, compliance, risk, and FX challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for cross‑border payments, FX pricing, and settlement speed across multiple payment rails.
• Evaluate, integrate, and manage banking, FX, and local payment partners to expand coverage and improve unit economics.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to design scalable KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring frameworks.
• Launch international capabilities in new geographies, navigating local regulations and licensing requirements.

Required profile

• BA/BS in a technical or analytical field.
• Minimum 3 years of product management experience with strong customer empathy and design thinking.
• Proven ability to lead small cross‑functional teams of engineers and designers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Fluency in data‑driven product decision making.
• Experience with modern prototyping tools such as Claude, Cursor, Bolt, and Claude Code.
• Comfort with design and collaboration environments like Figma and Git.
• Passion for AI, demonstrated through hands‑on building, prototyping, or side projects.
