Tax Accountant / Senior Tax Accountant

About the role

The Tax Accountant / Senior Tax Accountant supports all tax compliance, reporting, and operational tax processes for Celltrion Branchburg. The role covers income, federal, state, local, sales and use, payroll, property, and other business-related taxes, as well as fixed‑asset and capital project accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Execute tax compliance activities, maintain filing schedules, and prepare supporting documentation for all applicable taxes.
• Prepare and review workpapers for federal, state, and local income taxes, sales and use tax, payroll tax, property tax, and annual reports.
• Support tax provision calculations and related account reconciliations.
• Manage fixed‑asset accounting, track capital projects, review capitalization requests, maintain asset records, and calculate depreciation schedules.
• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen controls and improve reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with finance, payroll, procurement, operations, and external advisors to ensure timely filings and compliance.
• Coordinate regularly with headquarters in Korea and Celltrion USA to align tax reporting and capital‑asset matters across entities.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations covering income, sales, payroll, and property taxes.
• Experience with fixed‑asset accounting, capital project tracking, and depreciation reporting.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with finance, operations, and external tax advisors.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on internal controls and compliance.
