Talent Supply Chain Consultant – Onsite (Raleigh/Clayton/Durham, NC)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Talent Supply Chain Consultant to partner with hiring managers across the Raleigh, Clayton, and Durham area. The role focuses on sourcing and procuring temporary and contract talent, leveraging procurement technology and a consultative approach to meet client workforce needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of positions, from requisition to onboarding.
• Conduct consultation calls with hiring managers to define needs and determine optimal sourcing strategies.
• Utilize procurement technology tools to move requisitions through internal client processes.
• Provide detailed documentation and data to supply‑chain teams and monitor daily requisition progress.
• Assess resumes and apply candidate selection techniques to shortlist top talent.
• Support financial processes including time‑card, expense management, invoicing, and rate negotiations.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain KPI reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in workforce management and temporary/contract staffing.
• Familiarity with procurement technology platforms.
• Strong client‑facing communication and consultative skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
• Commitment to following Kelly’s processes, documentation standards, and learning client‑specific requirements.
