Senior Associate Lead – HR

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Associate Lead for its HR team in Raleigh, NC. This hands‑on, individual‑contributor position supports a defined business unit through core HR operations, employee‑lifecycle activities, and day‑to‑day people‑management support. The role focuses on deploying HR processes, preparing dashboards and analytics, and monitoring activities to ensure effective HR delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a visible HR partner, building strong workplace relationships with employees, leaders, and stakeholders.
• Lead and support office‑based employee engagement initiatives, planning and executing events, programs, and activities that enhance culture.
• Manage end‑to‑end coordination of office events such as town halls, celebrations, and engagement campaigns.
• Facilitate large‑group communications, including town halls, employee forums, and leadership sessions.
• Support deployment of assigned HR processes and prepare analytical dashboards to track performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience).
• At least 4 years of relevant HR work experience (or 1 year for MBA graduates).
• Located within commuting distance to Raleigh, NC, or willing to relocate.
• Ability to work on‑site 3–4 days per week; this is not a remote position.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
