RPO Team Lead

About the role

Randstad Enterprise is looking for an RPO Team Lead in Austin, Texas. The lead serves as the primary day-to-day contact for their team, mentoring and training them to drive efficiency and productivity, and coordinates high-quality recruitment for strategic client partnerships while supporting recruiting coordinators and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert to motivate the account team and onboard new members.
• Help meet established schedules and resolve technical or operational problems as they arise.
• Assess and audit work quality against established metrics and performance goals.
• Facilitate and coordinate employee onboarding activities.
• Provide direct support and collaboration for coordinators, and partner with the manager to give feedback and mentoring.
• Assist with recruitment process compliance and system administration.

Required profile

• 5-7 years of relevant experience, with at least 2+ years in an RPO client environment; Google RPO team process experience is highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable compliance regulations.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, able to document requirements, and a strong customer focus.

What we offer

• Base salary range of $82,835 - $114,700, depending on education, experience, location and duties.
