Talent Engagement Specialist – Career Development

About the role

ISG is looking for a Talent Engagement Specialist focused on career development, who will build trust, tell the ISG story and turn a first impression into a lasting relationship. The role develops partnerships with schools and helps campus partners and students see why ISG is a place to start and grow their careers. It makes sure the internship experience matches what is told during recruitment, and works closely with colleges, universities, students, hiring teams and ISG leaders. Preferred office locations are Columbus, Rogers or Raleigh; others considered include Bloomington, St. Louis Park and Mankato.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, faculty and student organizations to strengthen the early-career talent pipeline.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract, engage and hire internship and entry-level talent.
• Represent ISG at career fairs, networking events, information sessions and other recruiting activities.
• Manage candidate outreach, screening, interviews, communications and hiring coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers, department leaders and the Performance Strategy team to support career growth and successful transitions into the workforce.
• Work with Marketing and Events teams on recruiting materials, internship resources, communications and employer branding.

• Relationship builder who enjoys connecting with students, university partners, hiring managers and team members.
• Experience in recruiting, talent development, human resources, program management or a related field.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong communicator who builds trust and engages diverse audiences.
• Comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day execution.

• Compensation range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
