About the role
Rho is looking for a Talent Partner to own end‑to‑end recruiting funnels, improve talent operating rhythm and leverage AI as a force‑multiplier. The role reports to the VP of People & Talent and works from one of Rho’s NYC, SF or Salt Lake City offices.
Key responsibilities
- Build relationships with top tech talent and find creative ways to connect.
- Strengthen Rho’s talent brand by partnering with marketing on events and brainstorming.
- Develop rigorous hiring processes, advise hiring teams and run disciplined searches.
- Experiment with AI tools, A/B test messaging and continuously improve metrics.
Required profile
- 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in startups, fintech or financial services.
- High ownership and accountability with a bias toward action.
- Strong knowledge of the talent market and ability to communicate with builders.
- Clear, persuasive storytelling and communication skills.
What we offer
- Base salary $120,000‑$220,000 (NYC) or $90,000‑$156,000 (Salt Lake City) plus equity.
