Talent Advisor (Recruiter) - Hybrid

About the role

Randstad Enterprise is looking for a Talent Advisor (hybrid Alphareta) in Dallas, Texas. As a strategic partner to the client's key stakeholders and hiring managers, you are responsible for fulfilling requisitions and ensuring client needs and market conditions are met, working with global colleagues such as Sourcing Specialists and Centers of Expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for hiring managers on assigned requisitions
• Run intake calls to clarify positions beyond the job description and manage expectations on timelines
• Advise on sourcing strategies and gather market intelligence for hiring managers
• Manage the candidate pipeline, including internal, ad-response and direct-sourced candidates
• Engage candidates, sell opportunities, extend offers and negotiate to final acceptance
• Track performance against the scorecard to meet SLAs and KPIs
• Evaluate and reprioritize employment branding strategies
• Assess candidate eligibility from resumes and interviews, build candidate profiles and present slates

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 4 years of equivalent work experience and HS diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in account management or consultative recruiting as primary point of contact
• Minimum 5 years in a candidate generation role with a proven track record of hiring success
• Experience in high-pressure, urgent recruiting environments such as RPO, search firms or agencies

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM systems
• Ability to turn hiring needs into candidate generation strategies and to consult with all levels of an organization

• Base salary of $69,300-$93,660, with possible variable pay including bonuses and/or commission
