Senior Talent Advisor - Life Sciences

About the role

Randstad Enterprise is hiring a Talent Advisor in Portsmouth, NH, supporting a global Life Sciences client. The role is a high-visibility, consultative position where you act as a trusted talent architect to site directors, department heads and technical leaders, driving white-glove candidate care and influencing local hiring strategy across Quality, Engineering, R&D and Scientific portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for Hiring Managers on assigned requisitions and take full accountability for their fulfillment.
• Run intake calls to clarify positions beyond the job description and manage expectations on timelines.
• Advise on sourcing strategies and gather market intelligence to share with hiring managers.
• Manage the candidate pool, including internal, ad-response and direct-sourced candidates.
• Build qualified candidate profiles and present slates to meet client deliverables.
• Use influence and persuasion to sell opportunities, extend offers and negotiate to final acceptance.
• Monitor the performance scorecard to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 4 years of equivalent work experience and HS diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in account management or consultative recruiting as a primary point of contact.
• Minimum 5 years in a candidate generation role with a proven track record of hiring success.
• Experience in high-pressure, urgent recruiting environments such as RPO, search firms or agencies.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM systems
• Ability to turn hiring needs into candidate generation strategies and to consult with all levels of an organization

• Base salary range of $82,400-$95,000, with possible variable pay including bonuses and/or commission.
