Manufacturing Recruiter (RPO Contractor)

About the role

Randstad Enterprise is looking for a manufacturing recruiter in Latham, NY, acting as a strategic partner to a client's hiring managers. The role drives high-urgency pipelining for specialized trades such as aluminum TIG/MIG welders, assemblers and mechanics, with on-site presence at the Latham facility. It is a contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers through intake calls and regular updates on assigned requisitions
• Sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates, and managing candidate pools (internal, ad responses and direct sources)
• Track daily, weekly and monthly account hiring goals against performance scorecards
• Document requisition activity to meet compliance and SLA/KPI tracking
• Build recruiting and sourcing plans and use tools to expand candidate pipelines
• Assess candidate eligibility from resumes and profiles, build qualified profiles and select the best slate of candidates
• Take part in special projects and run candidate care strategies

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 3 years as a full-cycle recruiter
• Minimum 3 years working directly with hiring managers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems
• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

What we offer

• Base salary of $87,360 - $104,000 for the hourly RPO contractor position
