Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Intellivo is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its People Team. This role will lead full‑cycle recruitment, partner with hiring leaders, and enhance the company’s employment brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute all phases of the full‑cycle recruitment process, from intake through offer and onboarding handoff.
• Partner with department leaders to understand talent needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and community organizations.
• Manage job postings, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and report recruiting metrics.
• Support employment branding initiatives and build relationships with universities and professional associations.
• Attend career fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self‑directed, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
• High emotional and social intelligence with a passion for candidate experience.
