Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Hankook Tire is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and manage end‑to‑end recruiting processes, from sourcing to onboarding, supporting both short‑term hiring needs and long‑term talent strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, develop hiring plans and selection criteria.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies, leveraging online channels, social media and job fairs to build talent pipelines.
• Manage job postings, candidate flow and data in the ATS and HRIS, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Coordinate interview and assessment processes, track KPIs and produce recruiting performance reports.
• Oversee vendor relationships for background checks, pre‑employment testing and staffing agencies, and manage the internship program.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (HR, organizational psychology or related field preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, staffing or high‑volume recruiting, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
• Understanding of HR information systems, employment law and labor relations.
