Manager, Learning Operations Managed Services

About the role

The Manager, Learning Operations Managed Services leads delivery and continuous improvement of managed learning operations for large enterprise clients, translating requirements into scalable service processes across administration, content development, reporting, vendor management, and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead managed learning operations engagements from transition through steady‑state delivery, overseeing administration, content development, reporting, vendor management and service performance.
• Manage delivery plans, SLAs, operational metrics, risks, issues and corrective actions across client workstreams.
• Direct global delivery teams and coordinate work with Deloitte, client stakeholders and technology partners.
• Identify and implement process improvements using AI, automation and learning technologies.
• Lead client governance activities, including status reporting, performance reviews and delivery communications.

Required profile

• 6+ years delivering learning operations or managed services, with at least 3 years in a consulting or client‑service environment.
• 3+ years leading enterprise learning operations covering at least two areas such as administration, content development, vendor management or reporting.
• Experience applying AI or automation to learning operations.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and project‑leadership abilities.
