Associate Director, Global Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Associate Director, Global Talent Acquisition partners with the Sr Director to lead and scale the global talent acquisition function for Terumo Neuro. This senior position ensures the ATS and recruiting tools are fully leveraged across all locations while driving strategic hiring initiatives worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide market and organizational insights to shape workforce strategies and maintain strategic relationships with academic and industry partners.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to deploy integrated people strategies, including recruitment, interview training, and DE&I initiatives globally.
• Oversee affinity groups in the U.S., manage the Managed Services Provider, and ensure a high‑quality hiring manager and candidate experience.
• Develop and execute client‑specific talent strategies, including mobile, social media, and employer branding.
• Identify and build pipelines for experienced and early‑career candidates through global internship and rotational programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of talent acquisition experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing regional or global teams.
• Minimum 5 years of DE&I program experience and 5 years of ATS reporting and analytics.
• Strong communication, influencing, and independent work abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and analytics.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Talent Insights, and other recruiting platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to talent acquisition.
