Talent Acquisition Partner – Sales & Operations

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will own the full‑cycle recruitment process for Field Sales and Non‑Bargaining Operations functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract high‑quality talent and ensure a great candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop recruiting strategies.
• Execute proactive sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals and talent communities.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
• Represent Swisher at career fairs, industry events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions.
• Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies that generate qualified pipelines.
• Strong relationship‑building and consultative partnership skills with hiring managers.
• Excellent communication, organization and time‑management abilities.
