Senior Manager, Talent Management

About the role

The Senior Manager, Talent Management will design and execute talent strategies that attract, develop, retain, and engage employees across Swisher’s diverse brands.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure talent solutions drive business outcomes and reinforce culture.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to advance culture, talent, and recognition programs covering goal setting, performance management, succession planning, workforce planning and development.
• Design and execute an integrated employee experience framework linking continuous feedback to talent programs across the employee lifecycle.
• Embed core values and career growth models into talent programs and co‑design data‑driven approaches for culture and talent analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience in talent management, learning & development, OD, workforce planning or performance management, including an HR Business Partner role.
• Proven success leading enterprise‑wide talent programs in a mid‑sized or large organization.
• Strong partnership skills, data‑driven decision making, and project management discipline.

Required skills

• Experience optimizing talent processes within UKG, Workday, or another enterprise HCM platform.
• Facilitating talent reviews, performance calibration, and succession planning discussions with senior leaders.
• Knowledge of competency frameworks, leadership assessment methodologies, and skills‑based talent practices.
• Supporting organizational change initiatives.
